I honestly think I have already developed the liking of small towns compared to big cities.

After a two hour delay on the train, making our three-hour journey to five hours, we were just so glad that we've finally make it into the big city of Frankfurt. Following that, we were greeted by streets that are full of restaurants from every single country you could name. We could hardly tell apart the local Germans from all the other nationalities. You can find almost anyone from any country in the world there. Frankfurt, is truly international and cosmopolitan.

Another sign of modern and international, is the high skyscrapers, and the large Euro sign that stands high in front of the European Central Bank. What else consists of a cosmopolitan city? Large shopping malls, which closes later than other city I have been in so far.

Of course, there is the other side of the city, where it is engulfed in European style architecture, and all vintage and bastille-liked. It is really a good mix of both.

We stayed at Frankfurt for two days, there were not much touristy things to do. We even conquered the 66m climb to the top of the church tower. The view was great and I manage to take some lovely photos on top. The remaining times, when we are not stuffing ourselves with delicious local German food, we were just mainly wandering around and finally have some time for me to take some decent photographs.

I apologise for my heavily coated outfit. I chose to stay warm instead of being fashionable, not the most ideal decision, looking at some of the bloggers and photographs taken at NYFW 2014, I feel ashamed, but there is just so much I can do for a weekend traveling trip to a nearby country. Anyway, Spring is coming, I can feel it, and see it cause pretty flowers are blooming beside the roads. I cannot wait! More #ootd soon!! (:
