It's been a while since my last post. Where do I even begin.

These has been the best and the worst 1 month of this year yet. My parents were away for 2 weeks holiday, so I got the house to myself. Absolute freedom also means absolute chaos (like party every other night of chaos). It is just coincidental that at this time of the year there are many xmas parties etc, totally unplanned.

The short-lived "exchange" lifestyle was really satisfying. I think it is exactly the hangovers that make me live through the day/work. Ironic, but its true, never felt so dead and so alive yet. Need to be drunk to know when you're sober. #deep. It makes me eager to get by the day, make me a little more efficient at work cos I couldn't wait to get home and rest the hangover from the day before. It makes me care a little less and be less hard on myself. It makes me vent out most of my frustration where I won't have in my normal daily home-work routine.

It was a good break out of the routine.

The high was so high which make the low (now) so low too. It has been so fun as if all the stars aligned perfectly. However, now parents are back, friends all went abroad for xmas/new year. I am back to the normal routine. Suddenly the house feels more crowded, but I feel more lonely. My freedom shrunk back to the confined of my room. Normal is so boring.

I guess, after all, it is a good end to the year. Some moments like these, may never happen again.

Merry Christmas.
